Adult Summer Reading

Basic Info:

When:

Registration opens May 24th
Logging books opens June 1st
Last day to log books is July 31st

What:

This summer reading program is a fun incentive to dive into a good book! The more you read the more chances you have to win our weekly prizes! Read a total of 20 books to be entered in for a chance to win our grand prize at the end of the summer.

Who:

This program is for anyone ages 18 and up to encourage a life long habit of reading!

Monthly Book Club

Join Mrs. Lynn every 2nd Thursday at 10am for book discussions and fun! Each month will feature a new book, check yours out for the library today!

June 10th: The Peach Keeper, By Sarah Addison Allen
July 8th: A Man Called Ove, By Fredrik Blackman

Friends of the Chelsea Library

Interested in getting involved in your local library? Check out the Friends Group! They meet the first Saturday of the month at 10 am and are always looking for more members!

The friends also host a monthly book sale! Be sure to stop by every 2nd Saturday to find some good books at a great price!
