  • Sun style is the youngest & safest of all styles of Tai Chi.
  • Tai chi exercises every joint, ligament, and muscle in the body in a brief time and safe manner.
  • It is aerobic, engaging the large leg and arm muscles continually, and actually burns more calories in an hour than walking the same amount of time.
  • Tai chi participants have better balance and are approximately 40% less likely to fall. It relieves stress, helps prevent Alzheimer’s, and strengthens muscles and bones.
  • 8-week class and participants must start from week 1 as moves are added each session.
  • Classes are offered in spring and fall (2 sessions).
