Sun style is the youngest & safest of all styles of Tai Chi.
Tai chi exercises every joint, ligament, and muscle in the body in a brief time and safe manner.
It is aerobic, engaging the large leg and arm muscles continually, and actually burns more calories in an hour than walking the same amount of time.
Tai chi participants have better balance and are approximately 40% less likely to fall. It relieves stress, helps prevent Alzheimer’s, and strengthens muscles and bones.
8-week class and participants must start from week 1 as moves are added each session.
Classes are offered in spring and fall (2 sessions).
